Hylenex is a filler dissolver. It is made of enzymes that breakdowns hyaluronic acid. Hylenex is used for corrections, old fillers, unsatisfactory results, or for filler complications. 

Hylenex is injected into the area where there is filler and the degradation of the hyaluronic acid takes immediate effect. 
Amount of Hylenex that is needed depends on how much of the filler is present. 
Generally, 1-2 sessions are needed to resolve concerns.
