BOOKING
A credit card is required to be on file prior to booking. 

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Same day cancellations or rescheduling after the 24 hour window will result in a $100 fee and will be charged to the credit card on file.
No shows will result in a $150 fee and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are past 10-15 mins of your appointment time, you will have to reschedule and $100 fee will apply and charge to the credit on file.

CHILDREN AND PETS
Safety is our #1 priority. Please no children at the clinic. Applies to any animals or pets as well.
Also, with respect for other clients' tranquility. 
We will kindly ask you to reschedule and a $100 fee will apply and charged to the credit on file. 

PAYMENTS
There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payment.
Credit cards, Debit cards, and Cash Accepted. No Checks. 

PRICING
Prices are subject to change at any given time without given notice.

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES
No refunds on gift card/certificate purchases. Gift card/certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift cards/certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

PROMOS
Only one promo can be applied to a treatment. Promos cannot be applied with any membership discounts.

RETAIL
All retail products are FINAL SALES. No Refund or Exchanges.

There are no refund on any rendered or purchased services. Results vary among each individual and are not guaranteed.
